Window tinting in Illinois
Illinois winters are real, and so are July afternoons on the Eisenhower and on a west window in a brick two-flat. Film is scheduled for heat and glare, not for a blacked-out front door.
In Illinois, front side windows must let at least 35% of visible light through. Rear glass must let at least 35% of visible light through.
