Window tinting in Pennsylvania
Pennsylvania is a light-tint state. Seventy percent is close to clear. Heat rejection has to come from the film construction, not from going dark.
In Pennsylvania, front side windows must let at least 70% of visible light through. Rear glass must let at least 70% of visible light through.
