Window tinting in Utah
Utah front doors have to stay lighter than a typical southern 35% shade. Rear glass can go dark. Ceramic does the heat work up front.
In Utah, front side windows must let at least 43% of visible light through. Rear glass can be any darkness. Windshield film stays a clear strip at the top, not a full tint. House and storefront film is not held to that driving rule. This is a summary of published limits, not legal advice.
